Returns

IMPORTANT:

• We allow products to be returned only if the product is defective. 

• Return inquiries must be made within 30 days of purchase. A receipt or history of purchase must be present for return. 

• Products exceeding 5 years of age from their vintage date are purchased 'as is', along with products marked as 'final sale', and are not eligible for return. 

• Returns of alcohol products are for store credit only. There are no cash, check, or credit card refunds for alcohol under any circumstances.

• For products that have not been picked up (e.g., futures or products still in will call), there will be a 10% restocking fee for all refunds.
