We approach beer the same way we approach wine.

We are not interested in chasing the latest fad, collecting labels, or stocking five versions of the same thing. Our goal is simple: find beers with identity, character, and flavor that are enjoyable to drink.

The collection started modestly with two remarkable lines from Japan's Far Yeast Brewing: KAGUA and Tokyo (DTLA) Since then, we've expanded carefully, adding distinctive beers such as Biondi from Australia and Rancho West IPA from Malibu (SVLK & ECPK). More will follow—but only when they bring something genuinely new to the table.

Beer, like wine, reflects decisions made in the brewhouse. Ingredients matter. Technique matters. Place matters. The best beers don't need gimmicks. They simply need to be well made.

Whether you're looking for a refreshing Japanese Rice Ale, a spice-driven Belgian-inspired ale, a classic IPA, or something entirely different, our focus remains the same: authenticity, flavor, and drinkability.
