Bondi is one of the world’s most famous beaches—but it represents more than a place. It is sunshine, salt water, outdoor living, good friends and making the most of the day.

BONDI Beer was founded in Sydney in 2018 to put some of that feeling into a can. In 2025, the brand crossed the Pacific and introduced its Australian-born, American-made beers to the United States.

These are not beers that require careful analysis or a special occasion. They are crisp, refreshing and made for beaches, boats, backyard barbecues, pool parties, soccer matches and afternoons with friends.

At Wine Stop, we currently carry two ways to experience BONDI.

BONDI Australian Lager

The Easy-Drinking One

BONDI Lager is brewed with Australian Galaxy hops, giving a classic, refreshing lager a little more personality. It is crisp and clean, with subtle tropical fruit, a gently juicy character and a fresh finish.

It has more flavor than an ordinary mass-market lager but never becomes heavy, bitter or overly “crafty.” It is simply a very enjoyable beer that tastes especially good when it is properly cold.

BONDI does not use chemical additives, preservatives or adjunct fillers such as corn or rice.

BONDI Alcoholic Ginger Beer

The Beach Alternative

BONDI Ginger Beer is crisp, zesty and refreshing, with a clean ginger bite and none of the heaviness sometimes associated with alcoholic ginger beers.

It drinks more like a bright beach beverage than a dense, aggressively spicy craft creation. At 4.2% alcohol, it is light enough for warm afternoons, outdoor gatherings and those moments when you want something flavorful but especially easy to drink.

It is also a great choice for someone who does not normally reach for beer.
