Central Valley, Chile
80% Cabernet Sauvignon / 20% Syrah
Oveja Chic Rosé is built for immediate pleasure: bright color, fresh fruit, clean acidity, and an easy finish that keeps the glass moving.
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, this is not a thin, watery rosé. It has enough fruit and body to feel satisfying, but it stays fresh, lifted, and easy to drink. The Cabernet brings red-fruit structure, while the Syrah adds a little more color, softness, and aromatic lift.
Expect strawberry, guava, peach, and citrus, carried by crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. It is familiar in the best way: easy to understand, easy to pair, and easy to open when you want something chilled, bright, and uncomplicated.
This is why we place it under Easy & Familiar. No overthinking. No hard edges. Just a fresh Chilean rosé made for warm afternoons, simple food, and good company.
Wine Term: Certified Sustainable
Certified Sustainable is a Chilean wine-industry certification that looks at how a winery manages its vineyards, cellar, resources, workers, and broader production practices.
It is a meaningful achievement, but it does not mean the wine is organic, biodynamic, natural, or made without vineyard treatments. It simply tells you the producer works within a recognized sustainability framework.
Why Try It?
Because it gives you exactly what you want from a good rosé: fresh fruit, clean acidity, a chilled-glass feeling, and enough flavor to make it more than just “pink wine.”
Why Buy It?
Because this is an easy bottle to use. Open it with salads, seafood, chicken, fresh cheeses, light pasta, picnic food, or on its own before dinner. It is friendly, refreshing, and versatile.
Cellar & Serving/Pairing Notes
Drink now. This rosé is made for freshness, not long aging.
❄️ Serve well chilled, but not ice-cold. If it is too cold, the fruit disappears. Give it a few minutes in the glass and the strawberry, guava, peach, and citrus notes will show more clearly.
Pair with salads, fresh shellfish, delicate fish dishes, grilled shrimp, roast chicken, soft cheeses, vegetable risotto, or simple summer plates.
Serve at: 45–50°F / 7–10°C.

A short note on Cabernet Sauvignon / Syrah Rosé
Cabernet Sauvignon gives rosé structure, red-fruit character, and a little firmness. Syrah adds color, aroma, and a softer fruit profile. Together, they can create a rosé with more flavor and presence than very pale, delicate styles — while still staying fresh and easy to drink.
Wine Review:
A fresh, bright Chilean rosé with strawberry, guava, peach, and citrus notes. Crisp acidity keeps it lively, while the Cabernet and Syrah blend gives it enough body to work beautifully with food. Easy, refreshing, and ready for the fridge.
